These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Gift cards
The MY VINTAGE PLEASURE Gift Card can be used to buy any item sold by the website. Our normal terms and conditions, together with the terms and conditions below, apply to the purchase of your gift voucher. You can email it to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally.
The voucher is available in 75, 100, 150, 200 and 250 denominations. Gift Cards are issued via email using an electronic voucher code which can then be redeemed in the Checkout on .
Once your order has been processed and wehttps://myvintagepleasure.com/ have taken payment, you will be emailed the electronic Gift Voucher code to the email address where your order confirmation email is also sent. You will not receive anything in the post for Gift Vouchers that you order. Once you have received the electronic Gift Card code you can then forward on this email to the gift recipient, or you can print out the voucher and give it to them. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on MY VINTAGE PLEASURE. Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. To apply your Gift Voucher, enter the electronic voucher code you received in the ‘Discount Code’ box and click the ‘Add’ button. This will then apply the voucher to your order. Then proceed to the Checkout as normal.
You can only use one voucher per order and any unused credit will remain on the gift card until it is used. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so make sure you remember to redeem your Gift Voucher in time. Gift Vouchers are valued and issued in the country currency. You can use your Gift Card in conjunction with any other discount code.
For orders which are refunded, the refund will be issued via the gift card credit. Therefore if you have paid, or part-paid, for an order using a MY VINTAGE PLEASURE Gift Voucher any refund will be issued in Gift Card to the same value.
We can only reissue gift vouchers which have not been redeemed. For the avoidance of doubt, the original gift voucher will be void if we issue a replacement. The original expiry date will still apply.
The risk of loss and title for a Gift Card shall pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission
We have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on https://myvintagepleasure.com.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the gift voucher cannot be converted back to cash.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

In no case shall MY VINTAGE PLEASURE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - SUBSCRIPTION
You must have an Account to purchase any products or make any orders with us. Your first order will be considered as a one-off, if you decide to cancel your subscription after your first order, the item from your first order will be sent and will not be refunded.
Your subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged for any future purchases or subscription costs. You must also have correct, accurate and valid card details entered on your User Account.
You must choose one of three delivery options: 1, 3 or 6 months. The total price paid by you for the MY VINTAGE PLEASURE subscription is the price of the specific MY VINTAGE PLEASURE Subscription products in each specific order calculated on the day your order is processed, plus tax where appropriate. This cost breakdown will be displayed on the website prior to you confirming the order. At this point, you can modify your details and the details of your order prior to progressing with the purchase. The total price of your next and past orders is also visible in your My Account section.
You can manage your future orders with us through your My Account section. Your subscription will remain in place unless cancelled or paused. You can manage this through the MY VINTAGE PLEASURE My Account section. Any changes you make to your online profile through your My Account section may change the price of your order, and we will display this price to you once you have submitted these changes The charge for the total price will be charged to the payment card we hold on your account for you at the time of the Order Processing for each specific order. If your order is already being processed, it will not be possible to cancel it, however, you can cancel your following order. Your subscription to any order will remain in effect until it is cancelled by you.

If you cancel a Plan and reactivate at a different time the price for the Plan subscription may be a different price than the price in effect for the plan at the time of cancelling the Plan By Signing up to the MY VINTAGE PLEASURE subscription you, the customer/user are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years and have the right to enter into a contract based on the legal requirements of your State, Region or Country, and that you are an authorised user of the payment instrument used to place your order.
MY VINTAGE PLEASURE reserves the right to change and update these terms and condition at any time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, for all activities occurring through your Account and for all access to and use of the Site by anyone using your Account, whether or not such activities and access are actually authorised by you, including but not limited to all communications, transactions and obligations. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorised use, access or any other breach of security of your Account, including but not limited to your Account password and email address. You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Site is in compliance with these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge and accept that we will have no obligation to investigate the authorisation or source of any Account activity, including purchase activity following a proper login to the Site, which is identified by a matching and current Account sign-in and password. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other unauthorised use of the Site.
SECTION 17 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 18 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

How do i place an order?
Browse our products & choose the Size, Colour, or any other options, then click “Add to Cart”. Review your items & click "Checkout". Once you've chosen a payment method & reviewed your order, you're all good to go!!
What Payment methods do you accept?
We're versatile, just like your wardrobe. We accept Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay & Apple Pay!! We now also have Afterpay available.
What is the status of my order?
Track your order's journey via the tracking link in your email. If you didn’t receive your email with your tracking link, check your spam junk folder and/or contact us at customersupport@myvintagepleasure.com
Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

Is your sizing true to size?
Most styles are true to size while some run as an oversized fit. To best understand the sizing, see our size chart page.
What kind of Materials are used in MVP packaging?
At MVP we are striving to be as sustainable as possible and this is something we will continue to focus on as our brand grows over time.
For our first collection, we use recycled paper for our swing tickets and all our polybags and mailing bags are made from biomaterials, which mean that they are 100% compostable. This means they will eventually decompose leaving no trace behind in our landfills or planet over time. Just be sure to throw them in your regular bin or compost bin so it gets to the right place.

How much is shipping?
Australia:
We offer a flat shipping rate for all our MVP orders nationwide across Australia.
Standard shipping is $8.99 which can take between 3-7 business days.
Express shipping is $18 and can take between 1-4 business days.
New Zealand:
Standard shipping is AUD$14.99 which can take between 6-27 business days.
Express shipping is AUD$37.00 and can take between 10-15 business days.
Canada and United States:
Standard shipping is AUD$18.99 which can take between 6-27 business days.
Express shipping is AUD$60.00 and can take between 10-15 business days.
Ireland and United Kingdom:
Standard shipping is AUD$16.99 which can take between 6-27 business days.

I've added the wrong shipping address, can i change it?
Just email us as soon as possible at customersupport@myvintagepleasure.com and we’ll see what we can do! We dispatch our orders the same day if they are placed by 12pm, so be quick so we can stop the parcel from going to the wrong place!
How do i return an item?
We are happy to accept returns on unworn items if they follow the below requirements:
- The item is their original condition (tags and hygiene stickers attached and unwashed).
- The item has no stains or marks
- The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering free returns, customers are responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.
My Vintage Pleasure does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund excluding shipping fees and place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
My Vintage Pleasure reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MVP.
To start the return process, please reach out to customersupport@myvintagepleasure.com with your name, order number and item you'd like to return and we will be in touch shortly.
How long does a refund take?
Once our QA team has inspected your return & the item(s) condition, we will inform you via email if the return was approved or not. This can take 5-10 business days.
If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank/payment method this payment may take 10 to 15 business days to arrive in your account.
Who covers import Taxes & Duties for International customers?
International customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post office or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not be able to receive a refund for shipment costs.

How do i care for my MVP items?
Not quite sure how to care and look after your garments when it comes to washing? Carefully follow the care label on the inside of your MVP piece. Most of our pieces require hand or Machine wash with warm/cold water. Avoid soaking (if you choose to soak) for longer than a couple hours.
