Refund policy

How do I return an item?

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (tags and hygiene stickers attached and unwashed) within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering free returns, customers are responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.

My Vintage Pleasure does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund excluding shipping fees and place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. 

To start the return process, please reach out to customersupport@myvintagepleasure.com with your name, order number and item you'd like to return and we will be in touch shortly.

How long does a refund take?

Once our QA team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank this may take 10 to 15 business working days.
